Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For NowSkills Limited the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
What a licence means
The slow part is done
Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. NowSkills Limited has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.
How to approach them
Lead with the role, not the visa
Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.
