What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Njfield LTD has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Lead with the role, not the visa

Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

The register

The register lists Njfield LTD in London as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Njfield Ltd is the registered name (Companies House number 08494272), a private limited company on the register since 2013. Registered office: International House, 36-38 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3NG, EC3V 3NG. Its filed activity puts it in wholesale.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Njfield LTD the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
