What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Nj Development And Construction Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Lead with the role, not the visa

Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

The register

The register lists Nj Development And Construction Ltd in London as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

NJ Development and Construction Ltd is the registered name (Companies House number 15683134), a private limited company on the register since 2024. Registered office: 161a North Start House 161a North Star House, Swindon, SN2 1FW, SN2 1FW. Its filed activity puts it in construction.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Nj Development And Construction Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
