What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.
A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Nexus Cyber security is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Nexus Cyber security say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
The register lists Nexus Cyber security in London as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Rating on the current register: Worker (A rating).
Nexus Cyber Security Ltd is the registered name (Companies House number 14717863), a private limited company on the register since 2023. The registered office is at 4 The Pulse Old Bath Road, Colnbrook, Slough, SL3 0FB, SL3 0FB. By its SIC codes the business is in it, software and media. It has traded under other names before, including Appsphere Ltd.
What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Nexus Cyber security's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
