Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Next Retail Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.
A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Next Retail Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Next Retail Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
