What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Modernation Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Lead with the role, not the visa

Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

The register

Modernation Ltd is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in London and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

Modernation Ltd is the registered name (Companies House number 12488761), a private limited company on the register since 2020. Registered office: 6 Chase Side Avenue, London, SW20 8LU, SW20 8LU. Its filed activity puts it in construction.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Modernation Ltd's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
