What a licence means
The slow part is done
Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Mobiles 4 U has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Mobiles 4 U say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
Mobiles 4 U is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Manchester and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).
Mobiles 4 U Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 12059694), a private limited company on the register since 2019. Registered office: Unit 22 Spindles Shopping Centre, Oldham, OL1 1HD, OL1 1HD. By its SIC codes the business is in retail.
Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Mobiles 4 U the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
