A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Maxlight Limited's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Maxlight Limited say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
The register lists Maxlight Limited in Acton as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).
Maxlight Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 07888472), a private limited company on the register since 2011. Registered office: 333a Western Avenue, Acton, W3 0BE, W3 0BE. By its SIC codes the business is in manufacturing and engineering.
Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Maxlight Limited the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
