A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Makindough Limited's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Lead with the role, not the visa
Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.
The register
The register lists Makindough Limited in London as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).
Companies House lists the business as Makindough Limited, company number 16357291, a private limited company. Registered office: 41-43 Station Rd, London, N21 3NB, N21 3NB. Its filed activity puts it in hospitality.
What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Makindough Limited's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
