What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.
A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Lucid Games Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Lucid Games Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
The register lists Lucid Games Ltd in Liverpool as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).
Lucid Games Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 07497245), a private limited company on the register since 2011. The registered office is at 4 Watkinson Street, Liverpool, L1 0AG, L1 0AG. By its SIC codes the business is in it, software and media.
Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Lucid Games Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
