What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Lr And Co Group Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Lr And Co Group Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

The register lists Lr And Co Group Ltd in Glenboig as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

LR and Co Group Ltd is the registered name (Companies House number SC749506), a private limited company on the register since 2022. The registered office is at 3 Strathyre Gardens, Moodiesburn, Glasgow, G69 0ET, G69 0ET. By its SIC codes the business is in hospitality.

A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
