A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Lift Schools's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Lead with the role, not the visa
Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.
The register
The register lists Lift Schools in London as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).
Lift Schools is the registered name (Companies House number 06625091), a company limited by guarantee on the register since 2008. Registered office: 1 Edcity Walk, Edcity, London, W12 7TF, W12 7TF. Its filed activity puts it in education. It has traded under other names before, including Academies Enterprise Trust.
Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Lift Schools the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
