What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Lafata limited is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Lead with the role, not the visa

Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

The register

Lafata limited is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in london and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is Lafata Ltd (company number 07854564), a private limited company incorporated in 2011, 14 years ago. The registered office is at Unit 1, Shrine Barn, Sandling Road, Hythe, CT21 4HE, CT21 4HE. Its filed activity puts it in hospitality.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Lafata limited the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
