What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Join Ploy Ltd t/a Ploy say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
