A gate, not a guarantee

The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, J2SM Limited's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.

How to approach them

Lead with the role, not the visa

Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

The register

J2SM Limited is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Brighton and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

J2SM Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 08255315), a private limited company on the register since 2012. Registered office: 132 Cowley Drive, Brighton, BN2 6TD, BN2 6TD. Its filed activity puts it in retail.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For J2SM Limited the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
