What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. iPsychTec Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Ask the question early

Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.

The register

iPsychTec Ltd, London, holds a Home Office sponsor licence on the Skilled Worker route, and has been on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is Ipsychtec Limited (company number 09541905), a private limited company incorporated in 2015, 11 years ago. Registered office: 57 Myrtleside Close, Northwood, HA6 2XQ, HA6 2XQ. Its filed activity puts it in business services. It has traded under other names before, including Alderbrooke People Diagnostics Limited.

A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
