A gate, not a guarantee

The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Ipaf's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Ipaf say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

Ipaf is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Crooklands, Cumbria and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Ipaf (UK) Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 08231050), a private limited company on the register since 2012. Registered office: 4 The Courtyard, 65 Old Church Street, London, SW3 5BS, SW3 5BS. By its SIC codes the business is in business services.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Ipaf the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
