A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.

A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Intersoft Systems & Programming Ltd's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Ask the question early
Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.
