The register

Inspiration Trust is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Norwich, Norfolk and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

Companies House lists it as Inspiration Trust, number 08179349, incorporated 2012: 14 years of filings behind the name. The registered office is at Weights And Measures Building, 28 Bethel Street, Norwich, NR2 1NR, NR2 1NR. Its filed activity puts it in education. It has traded under other names before, including The East Norfolk Academy Trust.

For a candidate this means one less obstacle: Inspiration Trust already has the licence most employers would have to apply for. The rest is the ordinary job of getting the interview.

What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Inspiration Trust is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Ask the question early

Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.
