What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean innocent ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Lead with the role, not the visa

Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

The register

innocent ltd is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in London and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

Innocent Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 04007092), a private limited company on the register since 2000. The registered office is at 342 Ladbroke Grove, London, W10 5BU, W10 5BU. Its filed activity puts it in wholesale.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for innocent ltd's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
