Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Infinity Booze Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.
A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Infinity Booze Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.
