A gate, not a guarantee

The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Ilcon Limited's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.

How to approach them

Lead with the role, not the visa

Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

The register

Ilcon Limited, London, holds a Home Office sponsor licence on the Skilled Worker route, and has been on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is Ilcon Limited (company number 15655542), a private limited company incorporated in 2024, 2 years ago. Registered office: 25 Blenheim Rise, Talbot Road, London, N15 4TJ, N15 4TJ. Its filed activity puts it in construction.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Ilcon Limited's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
