What a licence means
The slow part is done
Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. IANS Solicitors Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes IANS Solicitors Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
The register lists IANS Solicitors Ltd in London as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).
