What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Hackon Services Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Ask the question early

Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.

The register

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Hackon Services Ltd's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
