A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Goni Construction Ltd's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Ask the question early
Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.
The register
Goni Construction Ltd is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in London and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).
Companies House lists it as Goni Construction Ltd, number 10992514, incorporated 2017: 9 years of filings behind the name. Registered office: 662 High Road, Finchley, London, N12 0NL, N12 0NL. Its filed activity puts it in construction. It has traded under other names before, including A2Z Paving Contractor Ltd.
What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Goni Construction Ltd's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
