A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
What a licence means
Licensed, checked, on the list
The Home Office lists Golden Security & Fm Ltd because it applied, was checked and continues to meet its sponsor duties. Whether a given job qualifies still depends on the role and the pay under the current rules.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Golden Security & Fm Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
