What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Globant UK Limited is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Ask the question early

Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.

The register

Globant UK Limited is licensed to sponsor on Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility: Senior or Specialist Worker. Its entry on the register dates back to at least 2026, and the organisation is based in London. Rating on the current register: Worker (A rating).

Companies House lists it as Globant UK Limited, number 05248956, incorporated 2004: 22 years of filings behind the name. The registered office is at Level 2 The Zig Zag, 70 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6SQ, SW1E 6SQ. Its filed activity puts it in it, software and media. It has traded under other names before, including Sistemas UK Limited.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Globant UK Limited's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
