Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Get Planks Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.

What a licence means

Licensed, checked, on the list

The Home Office lists Get Planks Ltd because it applied, was checked and continues to meet its sponsor duties. Whether a given job qualifies still depends on the role and the pay under the current rules.

How to approach them

Ask the question early

Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.
