What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.
A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean First Choice Off License Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.
How to approach them
Lead with the role, not the visa
Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.
The register
The register lists First Choice Off License Ltd in Poole as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).
Companies House lists the business as First Choice Off License Ltd, company number 16060589, a private limited company. The registered office is at 486 Ashley Road, Poole, BH14 0AD, BH14 0AD. Its filed activity puts it in retail.
A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
