What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Explora Haven Training and Support Services Limited is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Explora Haven Training and Support Services Limited say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

Explora Haven Training and Support Services Limited, London, holds a Home Office sponsor licence on the Skilled Worker route, and has been on the register since at least 2026. Rating on the current register: Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is Explora Haven Training and Support Services Limited (company number 08706800), a private limited company incorporated in 2013, 13 years ago. The registered office is at Unit 15 Wing Yip Business Centre, 395 Edgware Road, London, NW2 6LN, NW2 6LN. By its SIC codes the business is in social care and care homes.

A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
