What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Evtec Automotive's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.

What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Evtec Automotive is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Evtec Automotive say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
