What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Evergreen Builders Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Evergreen Builders Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

The register lists Evergreen Builders Ltd in Wolverhampton as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Rating on the current register: Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is Evergreen Builders Ltd (company number 13581623), a private limited company incorporated in 2021, 5 years ago. Registered office: 49 Welbeck Avenue, Wolverhampton, WV10 9LS, WV10 9LS. By its SIC codes the business is in construction.

For a candidate this means one less obstacle: Evergreen Builders Ltd already has the licence most employers would have to apply for. The rest is the ordinary job of getting the interview.
