A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Evercare Recruitment Ltd's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Lead with the role, not the visa
Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.
