What a licence means
The slow part is done
Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. EDG Nursery has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes EDG Nursery say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
The register lists EDG Nursery in London as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for EDG Nursery's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
