What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Drift Limits Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Drift Limits Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

The register lists Drift Limits Ltd in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Companies House lists it as Drift Limits Ltd, number 08600969, incorporated 2013: 13 years of filings behind the name. The registered office is at Drift Limits, Runways Farm, Upper Bourne End Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP1 2RR, HP1 2RR. By its SIC codes the business is in arts, sport and leisure.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Drift Limits Ltd's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
