What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Donewell Properties Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Donewell Properties Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

The register lists Donewell Properties Ltd in Rushden, Northampton as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Rating on the current register: Worker (A rating).

Donewell Properties Ltd is the registered name (Companies House number 12270548), a private limited company on the register since 2019. Registered office: 252 Newton Road, Rushden, NN10 0SY, NN10 0SY. By its SIC codes the business is in property.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Donewell Properties Ltd's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
