What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Deconstructed Limited is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Lead with the role, not the visa

Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

The register

The register lists Deconstructed Limited in Cleckheaton as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Companies House lists it as Deconstructed Limited, number 13885134, incorporated 2022: 4 years of filings behind the name. The registered office is at Hub 26 Hunsworth Lane, Cleckheaton, BD19 4LN, BD19 4LN. Its filed activity puts it in construction.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Deconstructed Limited the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
