In their own words
What Darroch Learg Hotel does
Darroch Learg is a small, independent hotel and restaurant located in the village of Ballater in the Cairngorms National Park. In our restaurant the menu changes daily and with the season. The Franks family has welcomed guests here for over sixty years with our own style of refined, yet relaxed Highland hospitality.
From darrochlearg.co.uk, the company's own site, read October 2026. Their words, not ours.

A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Darroch Learg Hotel's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Ask the question early
Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.
