What a licence means

Licensed, checked, on the list

The Home Office lists Danny Deco Limited because it applied, was checked and continues to meet its sponsor duties. Whether a given job qualifies still depends on the role and the pay under the current rules.

How to approach them

Lead with the role, not the visa

Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Danny Deco Limited's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
