What a licence means
The slow part is done
Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. CPL Global Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.
How to approach them
Lead with the role, not the visa
Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.
The register
The register lists CPL Global Ltd in East Sussex as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).
Cpl Global Ltd is the registered name (Companies House number 04532450), a private limited company on the register since 2002. Registered office: 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR, WC2A 2JR. Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For CPL Global Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
