A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Courier Box Ltd's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Lead with the role, not the visa
Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Courier Box Ltd's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
