What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.
A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Convosphere is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Convosphere say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
Convosphere is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in London and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).
Convosphere Ltd is the registered name (Companies House number 09289425), a private limited company on the register since 2014. The registered office is at Towngate House, 2-8 Parkstone Road, Poole, Dorset, BH15 2PW, BH15 2PW. By its SIC codes the business is in it, software and media. It has traded under other names before, including The Conversationalist Agency Limited.
What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Convosphere's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
