A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
In their own words
What Connex Offsite does
We are a leading manufacturer of bespoke bathroom pods for the residential sector. Design and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.
From connexoffsite.com, the company's own site, read October 2026. Their words, not ours.
What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.
A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Connex Offsite Limited is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.
How to approach them
Lead with the role, not the visa
Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.
