The register

Conifer Lodge is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Leicester and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Companies House lists it as Conifer Lodge Limited, number 03609609, incorporated 1998: 28 years of filings behind the name. The registered office is at Unit 8, Oak Spinney Park Ratby Lane, Leicester Forest East, Leicester, LE3 3AW, LE3 3AW. Its filed activity puts it in social care and care homes.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Conifer Lodge's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.

What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Conifer Lodge is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Ask the question early

Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.
