What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Collabro Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Ask the question early

Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.

The register

Collabro Ltd, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, holds a Home Office sponsor licence on the Skilled Worker route, and has been on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

Companies House lists it as Collabro Limited, number SC257810, incorporated 2003: 23 years of filings behind the name. The registered office is at 2 Marischal Square, Broad Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1DQ, AB10 1DQ. Its filed activity puts it in mining and quarrying. It has traded under other names before, including Logical Advantage Limited.

For a candidate this means one less obstacle: Collabro Ltd already has the licence most employers would have to apply for. The rest is the ordinary job of getting the interview.
