What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Care No1 Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Care No1 Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

The register lists Care No1 Ltd in Alexandria as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Rating on the current register: Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is Care No1 Ltd (company number SC567064), a private limited company incorporated in 2017, 9 years ago. Registered office: 51 Cadogan Street Cadogan Street, 8th Floor West, Glasgow, G2 7HF, G2 7HF. By its SIC codes the business is in health care. It has traded under other names before, including Awg Care Limited.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Care No1 Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
