What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.
A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Capontree Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Capontree Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
The register lists Capontree Ltd in Brampton, Cumbria as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).
Companies House lists it as Capontree Limited, number 04295393, incorporated 2001: 25 years of filings behind the name. The registered office is at Capontree Veterinary Centre, Greenhill, Brampton, Cumbria, CA8 1SU, CA8 1SU. By its SIC codes the business is in professional and technical services.
A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
