What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Cali Contractors Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Cali Contractors Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

Cali Contractors Ltd, Chertsey, holds a Home Office sponsor licence on the Skilled Worker route, and has been on the register since at least 2026. Rating on the current register: Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is Cali Contractors Ltd (company number 12895378), a private limited company incorporated in 2020, 6 years ago. The registered office is at 3a Wellington Gardens, Twickenham, TW2 5NY, TW2 5NY. By its SIC codes the business is in construction.

A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
