What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean BSM AM 2 PM Ltd. is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Ask the question early

Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.

The register

The register lists BSM AM 2 PM Ltd. in Birmingham as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Rating on the current register: Worker (A rating).

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for BSM AM 2 PM Ltd.'s own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
