A gate, not a guarantee

The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Bostik Ltd's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Bostik Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

Bostik Ltd is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Stafford, Staffordshire and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. Rating on the current register: Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is Bostik Limited (company number 00068328), a private limited company incorporated in 1900, 125 years ago. Registered office: Common Road Works, Common Road, Stafford, ST16 3EH, ST16 3EH. By its SIC codes the business is in manufacturing. It has traded under other names before, including Bostik Findley Limited, Bostik Limited.

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Bostik Ltd's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
